Andrew Tang (born November 29, 1999) is an American chess grandmaster. He is also a popular streamer, known online for his speed chess skills especially in bullet (one minute), hyperbullet (30 seconds), and ultrabullet (15 seconds) time controls as well as for playing speed chess blindfolded.
Andrew Tang is an American grandmaster who earned that title in 2017 at the age of 17. Known as "Penguin GM," he is one of the best bullet chess players in the world. Along with GM Hikaru Nakamura , Tang is one of the few players to have achieved a Chess.com bullet rating of 3500.

31 de may. de 2024 · GM Andrew Tang won the inaugural 2024 Hyperbullet Chess Championship, the first event of the Chess.com Community Championships, on Friday. After losing a close match against GM Daniel Naroditsky in the first round, he climbed through the Losers Bracket and then defeated Naroditsky twice to claim Chess.com's new hyperbullet title.
