Rodrigo de Paula Pessoa ( París, Francia, 29 de noviembre de 1972) es un jinete brasileño que compitió en la modalidad de salto ecuestre. Es hijo del también jinete Nelson Pessoa. Participó en siete Juegos Olímpicos de Verano entre los años 1992 y 2020, obteniendo tres medallas: bronce en Atlanta 1996, bronce en Sídney 2000 y oro en Atenas 2004.

While the father won just one title ‒ the European Champion in 1966 in Lucerne (an oddity at the time, since Neco was Brazilian) ‒ the son won every other gold medal possible: Olympic in 2004, World in 1998, the World Cup three times (1998, 1999, 2000) and the Pan-American Games in 1995 and 2007.
