Brian Ernest Orser (Belleville (Ontario), Canadá; 18 de diciembre de 1961) es un expatinador sobre hielo canadiense. Fue medallista de plata en los Juegos Olímpicos de 1984 y 1988, campeón mundial en 1987 y campeón nacional canadiense en ocho ocasiones (1981-1988).
Brian Ernest Orser OC (born 18 December 1961) is a Canadian former competitive and professional figure skater and coach to Olympic champions. He is the 1984 and 1988 Olympic silver medallist, 1987 World champion and eight-time (1981–88) Canadian national champion.
Brian Orser truly was the best in the world! Battle of the Brians: Leading into the 1988 Calgary Olympic Games, Brian won his eight National title, a record for the Canadian Championships. Going into the games, Brian was the only world champion Canada had and he was chosen to carry the flag in the opening ceremonies.

Figure skater Brian Orser first discovered success at the novice level, when he took the 1977 Canadian novice championships, a feat that he would repeat at the junior level in 1979. He took the junior title twice more, in 1981 and 1982, before moving to the senior rankings and taking six consecutive Canadian championships from 1983 through 1988.
