Karyl Ross "Ken" Harris (July 31, 1898 – March 24, 1982) was an American animator best known for his work at Warner Bros. Cartoons under the supervision of director Chuck Jones.
Harris was a master at spacing and timing, of achieving perfect plasticity of movement. He collaborated on many of the classic Looney Tunes & Merrie Melodies episodes (often capably assisted by Abe Levitow), including the first instalment of the Coyote/Road Runner series (Fast and Furry-ous (1949)).

Karyl Ross "Ken" Harris (July 31, 1898 – March 24, 1982) was an American animator best known for his work at Warner Bros. Cartoons under the supervision of director Chuck Jones. The association with Jones began in 1937 and lasted until 1962, the longest time an animator spent with a director at the studio.

Biography. Karyl Ross Harris was born July 31, 1898 in Tulare Co., California. His father was a farmer and mother a homemaker. He had a brother, Edwin, born in 1901 who never married. Edwin worked for an oil company in Saudi Arabia and died there under suspecious circumstances.
