Donald «Don» Siegel (26 de octubre de 1912 – 20 de abril de 1991) fue un montador, director y productor de cine estadounidense que destacó por su estilo y su colaboración con el actor Clint Eastwood.

Siegel was described by The New York Times as "a director of tough, cynical and forthright action-adventure films whose taut plots centered on individualistic loners". [1]
Don Siegel nació el 26 de octubre de 1912 en Chicago. En 1936 cursó estudios en la Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts de Londres y el Contemporary Theatre Group de Hollywood. Fue archivista, asistente montador, jefe del departamento inserts y supervisor del departamento "montajes".
