Robert Ignacy Gliński (born 17 April 1952 in Warsaw) is a Polish film director and screenwriter. A graduate of the National Film School in Łódź. He won the Golden Lions at the Gdynia Film Festival in 1992 with his film Wszystko, co najważniejsze and in 2001 with Cześć, Tereska.

He graduated in architecture from the University of Warsaw and in directing from a Film School in Łódź, where he was later a rector (2008-12). From 2011 to 2014 he was a director of Teatr Powszechny. He has worked for theater and TV and has also made a number of documentaries.
