SINOPSIS DE LA PELÍCULA. 9 de Octubre de 1964, unos agentes especiales recogen en Montreal al diplomatico canadiense John Watkins, un intimo amigo del Primer Ministro Lester B. Pearson y antiguo embajador de Rusia y lo llevan a una habitacion a interrogarle. Tres dias despues, Watkins esta muerto.
"Agent of Influence" from 2002 is the disturbing true story of the CIA's framing of the Canadian Ambassador to the USSR (Christopher Plummer) by exposing him as a Russian agent. In so doing, they want to force him to implicate the Prime Minister at the time, Pearson.
