The Pursuit of Love is a British romantic drama television miniseries written and directed by Emily Mortimer. It is based on the 1945 novel of the same name by Nancy Mitford, which had previously been adapted as Love in a Cold Climate and Love in a Cold Climate. It premiered on 9 May 2021 on BBC One.
In 2019 the BBC announced plans for another adaptation, The Pursuit of Love directed by Emily Mortimer and starring Lily James and Emily Beecham. The miniseries began filming in 2020; it was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and premiered on BBC One in May 2021.
