Hace 1 día · Anybody else love Drugstore Cowboy? Ever wonder where don't put a hat on the bed came from? Yes I love it, terrific dialogue and cast. Huge fan. Time for a rewatch. Yes, liked “Drugstore Cowboy” a lot. And “To Die For.”. Also loved an indie film he did called “Gerry” about two guys who get lost in the wildness.

10 de jun. de 2024 · Drugstore Cowboy is a tense balancing act – finding the happy medium between the brutal nature of addiction and telling a story about human beings. It would have been very easy for the director to veer into sensationalist exploitation and produce scenes of extreme gore and body horror (see Requiem for a Dream).
