Pedro de Sousa Holstein, Duque de Palmela, (Turín, 8 de mayo de 1781 — Lisboa, 12 de octubre de 1850) fue un político y militar portugués del periodo de la monarquía. Líder destacado de los cartistas (la facción más conservadora del liberalismo portugués), representó a Portugal en el Congreso de Viena .

Ducal House of Palmela. The Duke of Palmela (in Portuguese Duque de Palmela) is a Portuguese title granted by royal decree of Queen Maria II of Portugal, dated from October 18, 1850, to Dom Pedro de Sousa Holstein (1781–1850), a Portuguese politician during the first half of the 19th century.
En 1824, Sousa y Holstein fue encarcelado; posteriormente liberado por el embajador francés, marchó a Londres y, en 1826, apoyó la Carta Constitucional de Pedro IV, posición de la que ya no se apartaría, hasta el punto de ser uno de los organizadores de la resistencia a Don Miguel.
