John Fitzgeoffrey, Lord of Shere and Justiciar of Ireland (1205? – 23 November 1258) was an English nobleman and Crown official. John Fitzgeoffrey was born in Shere, Surrey, son of Geoffrey Fitz Peter, 1st Earl of Essex and Aveline de Clare, daughter of Roger de Clare, 2nd Earl of Hertford and his wife, Maud de Saint-Hilaire.

FitzGeoffrey, John (c.1206–1258), justiciar of Ireland, was the son of Geoffrey fitz Peter, 4th earl of Essex, justiciar of England, by his second marriage, to Aveline, daughter of Roger de Clare, 3rd earl of Hereford, and widow of William de Munchesney.
