Brooks Phillip Victor Newmark (born 8 May 1958) was a British Conservative politician and is a former Member of Parliament and minister. He was elected as the Member of Parliament for Braintree in the 2005 general election and stood down at the 2015 general election.
Brooks Newmark is a businessman, philanthropist, politician and social reform campaigner. Brooks was the Member of Parliament for Braintree (2005-15).
Brooks Newmark is a steadfast social reform campaigner who has dedicated his career to building strong and healthy communities. In 2017, he chaired a Report on Homelessness in the UK with Crisis and the Centre for Social Justice, and is a Member of the Government’s Advisory Board on Rough Sleeping.
