Quintin McGarel Hogg, Baron Hailsham of St Marylebone, KG, CH, PC, FRS [2] (9 October 1907 – 12 October 2001), known as the 2nd Viscount Hailsham between 1950 and 1963, at which point he disclaimed his hereditary peerage, was a British barrister and Conservative Party politician.

Lord Chancellor; son of 1st Viscount Hailsham A fellow of All Souls College, Oxford, Hogg was called to the Bar in 1932 and elected as a Conservative MP in 1938. On the outbreak of World War II he joined the Rifle Brigade and served in the Far East until he was wounded in 1941.
