Biographie. Nach dem Tod der Mutter lebte K. auf Doorth bei Deventer, in Berlin und auf Wust bei verschiedenen Familienmitgliedern. 1717-21 besuchte er das Hallesche Pädagogium, studierte anschließend in Königsberg und Utrecht, reiste nach England, Frankreich und Venedig.
