Commander Harold Godfrey Lowe, RD (21 November 1882 – 12 May 1944) was a Welsh naval officer. He was also the fifth officer of the RMS Titanic, and was amongst the four of the ship's officers to survive the disaster.

Harold Lowe remained at sea but never achieved a command in the merchant service. He was made a commander in the Royal Naval Reserve during the first World War. He retired to his home in North Wales with his wife Marion. He died 12 May 1944. He was buried at Llandrillo Yn Rhos, Colwyn Bay, North Wales.

Harold Lowe was Titanic 's Fifth Officer, but in the wake of the tragedy he was one of the few who, especially in later years, became regarded as something of a hero. Lowe came from a family of jewellers but decided not to follow the same career. Growing up on the coast of Wales, he chose a life at sea and ran away at 15 years of age.
