Paul Randal Howe is an American former special operations soldier. He was a Delta Force team leader who was involved in special operations as a U.S. Army soldier. He participated in the special operations rescue at the Battle of Mogadishu (1993) which led to the book Black Hawk Down: A Story of Modern War and the Black Hawk Down film.
MSG Paul R. Howe is a retired US Army Delta Force operator. Serving in the Army for more than 20-years, he is a veteran of the Battle of Mogadishu, popularized in the book BlackHawk Down. Howe is the recipient of the Bronze Star with V Device for Valor.
