Prince Georg Friedrich of Waldeck (31 January 1620 – 19 November 1692) was a German and Dutch Field Marshal and, for the last three years of his life, Grand Master of the Order of Saint John (Bailiwick of Brandenburg).

Josias, Hereditary Prince of Waldeck and Pyrmont (German: Josias Georg Wilhelm Adolf Erbprinz zu Waldeck und Pyrmont) (13 May 1896 – 30 November 1967) was the heir apparent to the throne of the Principality of Waldeck and Pyrmont and a general in the SS.
Biography. Second son of Walrad IV of Waldeck-Eisenberg by Anna of Baden-Durlach. Field marshal in the service of the Emperor, he unsuccessfully withstood Turenne and Condé. Created Prince in 1682. He took part in the defence of Vienna against the Turks, 1683, beat Marechal d'Humières, 1689, but was himself beaten by Marechal de Luxembourg, 1690.
