Johan Henrik Andresen (born 25 July 1961) is a Norwegian industrialist and investor. Since 1998, Andresen has been the owner of Ferd, one of the largest privately held companies in Norway. He served in the position of CEO from 1998 to 2012, and has been the chairman of the board since 2012.
Ferd is currently owned by the fifth and sixth generations of the Andresen family, namely Johan H. Andresen and his two daughters, Katharina and Alexandra Andresen.

Johan H. Andresen (29 November 1888 – 21 October 1953) was a Norwegian industrialist and politician for the Conservative Party . Personal life. He was born in Kristiania as a son of factory owner Nicolai Andresen (1853–1923) (1853–1923) and Johanne Marie Heyerdahl (1855–1928).
But for Norwegian business leader Johan H. Andresen, it is simply an effective way to express how he and his family have approached defining, articulating and living the values that drive the Ferd group of companies, which operate in the Nordic region.
