Palmiro Togliatti (Génova, 26 de marzo de 1893-Yalta, Unión Soviética, 21 de agosto de 1964) fue un intelectual y político italiano, secretario general del Partido Comunista Italiano desde 1927 hasta su muerte en 1964.

31 de ago. de 2020 · Palmiro Togliatti was born in Genoa. He joined the Italian Socialist Party before the First World War. He served as a volunteer officer during the war, and on his return, joined the group around Antonio Gramsci and L’Ordine Nuovo paper in Turin.
