Ludwig Kaas (23 May 1881 – 15 April 1952) was a German Roman Catholic priest and politician of the Centre Party during the Weimar Republic. He was instrumental in brokering the Reichskonkordat between the Holy See and the German Reich.

Ludwig Kaas (* 23. Mai 1881 in Trier; † 15. April 1952 in Rom) war ein deutscher katholischer Theologe und Politiker. Der anerkannte Kirchenrechtler wurde nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg Reichstagsabgeordneter der Zentrumspartei und war zwischen 1928 und 1933 deren Vorsitzender.
