Victor of Hesse-Rotenburg (Victor Amadeus; 2 September 1779 – 12 November 1834) was the last Landgrave of Hesse-Rotenburg and the Prince of Corvey from 1815 and Duke of Ratibor from 1821. His namesake was his second cousin King Victor Amadeus III of Sardinia.

Hesse-Rotenburg es un antiguo landgraviato alemán creado a partir del landgraviato de Hesse-Cassel en 1627. Su independencia terminó en 1834 cuando las propiedades no legadas a los príncipes Víctor y Clodwig de Hohenlohe-Waldenburg-Schillingsfürst se reunieron con Hesse-Kassel.
At the peace of Lunéville in 1801, the part of the landgraviate on the left bank of the Rhine was surrendered to France and, in 1815, other parts were ceded to Prussia, the landgrave Victor Amadeus being compensated by the abbey of Corvey and the Silesian Duchy of Ratibor.
