Dorothea von Anhalt-Zerbst (* 25. September 1607 in Zerbst; † 26. September 1634 in Hitzacker) aus der Dynastie der Askanier war eine Prinzessin von Anhalt-Zerbst und durch Heirat Herzogin zu Braunschweig und Lüneburg und Fürstin von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel .
Dorothea of Anhalt-Zerbst, wife of August of Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel, owned two emblem books, both preserved today at the Herzog August Bibliothek, that were customized for her as Stammbücher, or alba amicorum, and given to her as a child.

Dorothea Maria was the sixth daughter of Joachim Ernest, Prince of Anhalt, but second-born daughter by his second wife Eleonore, daughter of Christoph, Duke of Württemberg. Life. In 1586, the twelve-year-old Dorothea Maria was chosen by her father as Abbess of Gernrode and Frose as the successor to her elder sister Agnes Hedwig.
