Wenceslaus (Wańko) of Płock (Polish: Wacław Płocki, Masovian dialect: Wańko Puocky; 1293/97 – 23 May 1336), was a Polish prince member of the House of Piast, Duke of Płock from 1313 and vassal of Bohemia from 1329.
When Duke of Plock Wenceslaus was born about 1293, in Płock, Masovia, Poland, his father, Herzog Boleslaw von Masowien II., was 41 and his mother, Kunigunde von Böhmen, was 28. He married Duchess of Plock Daniela-Elizabetha of Lithuania on 6 December 1320.
Wenceslaus (Wańko) of Płock ( Masovian dialect: Wańko Puocky; 1293/97 – 23 May 1336), was a Polish prince member of the House of Piast, Duke of Płock from 1313 and vassal of Bohemia from 1329. He was the third son of Bolesław II of Płock but the only born from his second marriage with Kunigunde, daughter of King Ottakar II of Bohemia.
He was the second son of Henry V of Iron, Duke of Żagań–Głogów, by his wife Anna, daughter of Duke Wenceslaus of Płock. The origin of his nickname "Sparrow" (Wróbel) is unknown.
