Charles Calvert, 3rd Baron Baltimore (August 27, 1637 – February 21, 1715) was an English peer and colonial administrator. He inherited the province of Maryland in 1675 upon the death of his father, Cecil Calvert, 2nd Baron Baltimore .

Charles inherited his father's lands, title and government roles. He became the Third Baron of Baltimore and new Lord Proprietor of Maryland. He was the first member of the Calvert family to serve both as Maryland's Governor and Lord Proprietor.
