Adelolf, Count of Boulogne [a] (died 933), was a younger brother of Arnulf I, Count of Flanders and was granted the County of Boulogne by his father. [1] He was a son of Baldwin II, Count of Flanders, and of Ælfthryth, daughter of Alfred the Great.

"Adalolphus" is named son of Count Baudouin II in the Cartulaire de Saint-Bertin, which specifies that he succeeded his father in 918 as Comte de Boulogne-sur-Mer, de Thérouanne, and lay-Abbot of St Bertin.
