Otto I, Duke of Pomerania (1279 – 31 December 1344) was Duke of Pomerania-Stettin. Youngest, and probably posthumous, son of Duke Barnim I and his third wife, Mechtild of Brandenburg-Salzwedel, Otto became titular co-ruler at his birth, along with his elder half-brother Barnim II and his much older half-brother Bogislaw IV .
After Wartislaw III died heirless in 1264, Barnim I became sole duke of the whole duchy. After Barnim's death, the duchy was to be ruled by his sons Barnim II, Otto I and Bogislaw IV. The first years, Bogislaw, being the eldest, ruled in place of his too young brothers.
The Duchy of Pomerania ( German: Herzogtum Pommern; Polish: Księstwo pomorskie; Latin: Ducatus Pomeraniae) was a duchy in Pomerania on the southern coast of the Baltic Sea, ruled by dukes of the House of Pomerania ( Griffins ). The country existed in the Middle Ages between years 1121–1160, 1264–1295, 1478–1531, and 1625–1637.

En 1296, Otto se casó con Isabel de Holstein, hija de Gerhard II, conde de Holstein-Plön. Entre sus hijos estaban Barnim III, futuro duque de Pomerania, y Mechtild, que se casó con Juan III, señor de Werle. Desde 1320 su hijo Barnim (III) fue co-gobernante con Otto.
