Jan Bouman, Johann Boumann [der Ältere] (* 28. August 1706 in Amsterdam; † 6. September 1776 in Berlin) war ein aus den Niederlanden nach Preußen eingewanderter Baumeister. Sein bekanntestes Werk ist das Palais des Prinzen Heinrich, das heutige Hauptgebäude der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
Jan Bouman was one of the first craftsmen recruited from Amsterdam to serve in Potsdam. Trained as a carpenter, joiner, and shipbuilder, he is considered the architect of the Dutch Quarter. Evidence of his work is found in many other locations in the region as well.
