Sudha Murty (née Kulkarni; born 19 August 1950) is an Indian educator, author, and philanthropist. She is married to the co-founder of Infosys, N. R. Narayana Murty. She was a former chairperson of the non-profit charitable organization Infosys Foundation.

She was subsequently hired as their first female engineer. It was here that she met her future husband, Narayan Murthy, one of the co-founders of Infosys.
