Walter Henry Breen Jr. (September 5, 1928 – April 27, 1993) was an American numismatist, writer, and convicted child sex offender as well as the husband of author Marion Zimmer Bradley, who was aware of his child molestation activities.

Walter Henry Breen (also known under his pseudonym J. Z. Eglinton) was the most important theorist of man-boy love to appear since the German figures (Benedict Friedlaender, Hans Blüher, the Der Eigene circle, Gustav Wyneken, and John Henry Mackay) in the first third of the twentieth century.
Walter H. Breen (1930?-1993) was the author of numerous numismatic works, including Proof Coins Struck by the United States Mint, 1817-1921 (1953), Walter Breen’s Encyclopedia of United States Half Cents (1984), and Walter Breen’s Complete Encyclopedia of U.S. and Colonial Coins (1988).
