Agnese del Maino (c. 1411 – 13 December 1465) was a Milanese noblewoman and the mistress of Filippo Maria Visconti, the last legitimate duke of Milan of the Visconti dynasty. Agnese was the mother of Duchess Bianca Maria Visconti.

Agnese del Maino was the second wife of Filippo Maria Visconti. It was one of the many clandestine marriages of the 15th and 16th centuries.There are two reasons for this claim: 1. the bizarre behaviour of Filippo Maria Visconti after his marriage to Maria of Savoy in 1428 and 2. the name of his eldest daughter: "Bianca Maria Visconti".
