Andorra la Vieja 2 (en catalán y oficialmente: Andorra la Vella) 3 4 es la capital y una de las siete parroquias del Principado de Andorra, siendo también la más pequeña y la más poblada de todas. Andorra la Vella [a] is the capital and largest city of Andorra. It is located high in the east Pyrenees, between France and Spain. It is also the name of the parish that surrounds the capital. As of 2015, the city has a population of 22,886, and the urban area, which includes Escaldes-Engordany plus satellite villages, has over 40,000 inhabitants.
Its capital, Andorra la Vella, is the highest capital city in Europe, at an elevation of 1,023 metres (3,356 feet) above sea level. The official language is Catalan, but Spanish, Portuguese, and French are also commonly spoken. Tourism in Andorra brings an estimated 10.2 million visitors to the country annually.
Andorra la Vella [1] [2] é a capital e unha das sete parroquias do Principado de Andorra, sendo a máis pequena en superficie e tamén a máis poboada. Ten 12 km² e 22.151 habitantes ( 2018 ), situada na confluencia dos ríos Valira d'Ordino e Valira d'Encamp a 1.013 m de altitude.
