Dinah Gwen Lison Rose KC (born 16 July 1965) is a British barrister. She has been President of Magdalen College, Oxford since 2020. A member of Blackstone Chambers, she was named Barrister of the Year in The Lawyer Awards 2009. In 2016, she was appointed a Deputy Judge of the High Court.

Dinah Rose QC takes up office as President of Magdalen on Tuesday 1 September. She is the successor to Professor Sir David Clary FRS, who completed 15 years of distinguished service as President last month.
Dinah has a particular interest and expertise in discrimination and equal pay, and in appellate advocacy. Dinah was retained by the BBC in December 2012 to investigate and report on instances of harassment and bullying, and the BBC’s policies and training, in the wake of the Jimmy Savile scandal.
