Donald Tsang (chino tradicional: 曾蔭權), (Hong Kong, 7 de octubre de 1944) es un político hongkonés, antiguo Jefe Ejecutivo de Hong Kong. Biografía. 曾蔭權 爵士 [註 1] ， 大紫荊勳賢 ， KBE （英語： Sir Donald Tsang Yam-kuen ，1944年10月7日 — ）， 籍貫 廣東 南海 ，前 香港特別行政區 第2及第3任 行政長官 [註 2] 。 曾蔭權在1966年加入 香港政府 ，成為 二級行政主任 ，其後曾於不同部門任職。 1995年出任首位 華人 財政司 ， 香港主權移交 後過渡為 財政司司長 ，2001年接替 陳方安生 出任 政務司司長 。 2005年3月10日，時任行政長官 董建華 以「健康理由」 辭職 ，曾蔭權在 行政長官補選 中自動當選。
