Henry Pelham (25 de septiembre de 1694 en Laughton, Sussex – 6 de marzo de 1754 en Londres) fue un estadista whig británico que se desempeñó como primer ministro de Gran Bretaña desde 1743 hasta su muerte en 1754.
Henry Pelham FRS (25 September 1694 – 6 March 1754) was a British Whig statesman who served as Prime Minister of Great Britain from 1743 until his death in 1754. He was the younger brother of Thomas Pelham-Holles, 1st Duke of Newcastle, who served in Pelham's government and succeeded him as prime minister.

Henry Pelham (c.1661 – 1 April 1721) was an English Member of Parliament. A younger son of Sir John Pelham, 3rd Baronet, he was returned for two Parliamentary constituencies in Sussex, where the family held considerable influence, for most of the time between 1690 and 1702.
