John Philip Glen (born 1 April 1974) is a British politician and former management consultant who has served as Minister for the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General since November 2023. A member of the Conservative Party , he has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Salisbury in Wiltshire since 2010 .

John was appointed Chief Secretary to the Treasury in October 2022 by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and attends Cabinet. John became the Paymaster General and Minister for the Cabinet Office in the November 2023 reshuffle, continuing to attend Cabinet in this role.
