Jona Freiherr von Ustinov, often known as Klop Ustinov, was a German journalist and diplomat who worked for MI5 during the time of the Nazi regime. His father was the Russian-born emigre Baron Plato von Ustinov (1840–1918).
Jona (or Iona) worked as a press officer at the German Embassy in London in the 1930s and was a reporter for a German news agency.
