Mark Watters (born May 25, 1955) is an American composer of music for film and television. [1] Biography. Watters is a six-time Emmy award-winning composer, conductor and arranger. He was born in Irving, Texas and majored in Saxophone at the University of Southern California where he was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
