Maud Green, Lady Parr (6 April 1490/92 – 1 December 1531) [1] was an English courtier. She was the mother of Catherine Parr, the sixth wife of King Henry VIII of England. She was a close friend and lady-in-waiting to Catherine of Aragon.

Maud Green (6 de abril de 1492 - 1 de diciembre de 1531) fue una noble inglesa, hija y coheredera de Sir Thomas Green de Greens Norton. Fue madre de Catalina Parr y dama de compañía de Catalina de Aragón, sexta y primera esposa de Enrique VIII de Inglaterra.

Thomas Parr married Maud Green (6 April 1492 – 1 December 1531), daughter of Sir Thomas Green, in 1508. Before the birth of their most famous offspring, Catherine , Maud gave birth to a son. This occurred not long after Maud and Thomas' marriage.
Catherine Parr was the eldest child of Sir Thomas Parr, lord of the manor of Kendal in Westmorland (now in Cumbria), and Maud Green, daughter and co-heiress of Sir Thomas Green, lord of Greens Norton, Northamptonshire, and Joan Fogge. Like Anne Boleyn, Catherine had been raised as a Catholic but at some point turned to Protestantism.
Thomas Parr se casó con Maud Green (6 de abril de 1492– 1 de diciembre de 1531), hija de Sir Thomas Gren y Joan Fogge en 1508. Al poco de su matrimonio, antes del nacimiento de su hija más famosa, Catalina , Maud dio nacimiento a un hijo.
