Perth Charterhouse or Perth Priory, known in Latin as Domus Vallis Virtutis ("House of the Valley of Virtue"), was a monastic house of Carthusian monks based at Perth, Scotland. It was the only Carthusian house ever to be established in the Kingdom of Scotland, and one of the last non-mendicant houses to be founded in the kingdom.
Perth Charterhouse, the single Carthusian Priory founded in Scotland during the Middle Ages, was located in Perth. It stood just west of the medieval town and was founded by James I (1406–1437) in the early 15th century.

They will seek to integrate history and archaeology with digital recreation and community engagement to investigate and reimagine the history and form of the Carthusian monastery – or Charterhouse – founded in Perth by King James I of Scotland (1406-37), but destroyed and overbuilt after 1560.
The Charterhouse at Perth was the only Carthusian monastery in Scotland. It was known as the Vale of Virtue. James I was buried at the Charterhouse after he was murdered at Perth in 1437.
