Richard Arkwright junior (19 December 1755 – 23 April 1843), the son of Sir Richard Arkwright of Cromford, Derbyshire, was a mills owner, turned banker, investor and financier (creditor) of many successful state and private entreprises of the British Industrial Revolution which his father had helped to catalyse.

Richard Arkwright junior (Bolton, 19 dicembre 1755 – 23 aprile 1843) è stato un imprenditore britannico, figlio del celebre Sir Richard Arkwright di Cromford, Derbyshire. Fu il finanziere di Samuel Oldknow di Marple e Mellor e suo amico personale.
Richard Arkwright (23 de diciembre de 1732 - 3 de agosto de 1792) fue un industrial inglés que patentó el bastidor de hilado movido por agua (water frame) en 1769, y fundó la primera factoría de algodón hidráulica del mundo en Cromford, Derbyshire en 1771, siendo uno de los precursores de la Revolución Industrial.
Richard Arkwright Junior (1755–1843) bought Sutton Scarsdale Hall in 1824. He was the son of Sir Richard Arkwright who invented the water frame and had a major involvement in the cotton industry. Richard had his father's business acumen and prospered in cotton.
