St. Michael's Cathedral ( Romanian: Catedrala Sfântul Mihail, Hungarian: Gyulafehérvári Szent Mihály érseki székesegyház) is the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Alba Iulia, Romania, and is the oldest and longest cathedral in the country.

In addition to being the oldest and the longest cathedral in Romania (at 89.16 m measured along its axis), it is also considered the most important monument or Romanesque architecture in Transylvania.
This cathedral of the Transylvanian Catholics bears witness to a long history. Bishops, lay notables (Hunyadi János, Hunyadi László, Queen Izabella, Fr. György) and princes (János Zsigmond, Bocskai István, Bethlen Gábor, Rákóczy György I.) are buried here.
Completed in 1291, this is Romania's most venerable Roman Catholic cathedral as well as the country's longest, at slightly over 89m. Royal tombs, including Queen Isabella and her son (the first prince of Transylvania) are inside, as well as a 2209-pipe organ framed by a medley of baroque and Gothic decoration.
