Since its founding, the School of Cinematic Arts has had a profound impact on feature and independent film, television, film studies, animation, documentaries, commercials, and most recently, interactive media.
On Oct. 4, 2006, Daley presided over the official renaming of the USC School of Cinema-Television as the USC School of Cinematic Arts, by George Lucas, and broke ground for a new complex. Completed in 2013, the SCA Cinematic Arts Complex rivals the best-equipped media companies in the world.
17 de jun. de 2019 · And it’s now about much more than film. As media have evolved over nearly a century, so has the School of Cinematic Arts. With the takeoff of television in the 1960s and 1970s, the school developed 35 undergraduate and graduate courses for the popular medium.
