It comprises several populous suburbs in Northern Virginia, including all of Alexandria, Arlington, and Falls Church, as well as parts of Fairfax County. As of the 2020 Census, Virginia representatives represented an average of 786,777 residents. After the 2010 Census, each member represented 730,703 residents.
