Christopher Cerf (born August 19, 1941) is an American author, composer-lyricist, voice actor, and record and television producer. He has contributed music to Sesame Street, and co-created and co-produced the PBS literacy education television program Between the Lions .

Christopher B. Cerf (born August 19, 1941) originally joined the Children's Television Workshop as director and editor of the non-broadcast products division for Sesame Street, which spun off books, records, toys, a comic strip, and others.
Writer: Sesame Street. National Lampoon alumni. From 1963-1970 Mr. Cerf spent eight years as a senior editor at Random House (co-founded by his father Bennett Cerf) working with authors who included George Plimpton, Andy Warhol, Abbie Hoffman, Ray Bradbury, Richard Farina and Dr. Seuss.
