Biography. David Williams is a classically trained film composer and conductor as well as a master in jazz composition and arranging. Born in Macomb, Illinois; raised in St. Louis, Missouri, David graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with studies in composition, orchestration and performance on classical guitar.
