Carlos Manuel, landgrave de Hesse-Rotenburg (Karl Emanuel; 5 de junio de 1746 - 23 de marzo de 1812) fue landgrave de Hessen-Rotenburg entre 1778 y 1812. Se llamó así por su tío, Carlos Manuel III de Cerdeña, esposo de su tía Polixena Cristina de Hesse-Rotenburg.
Rotenburg an der Fulda (officially Rotenburg a.d. Fulda) is a town in Hersfeld-Rotenburg district in northeastern Hesse, in central Germany, situated, as the name says, on the river Fulda .
