Milbridge is a town in Washington County, Maine, United States at the mouth of the Narraguagus River. The population was 1,375 at the 2020 census. The town was incorporated in 1848. It contains the villages of Milbridge and Wyman.

Milbridge is located on Narraguagus Bay and is the heart of wild blueberry country. The town is home to Jasper Wyman & Son, the nation’s leading grower, packer and marketer of wild blueberries. You can fish or picnic in Riverside Park, and you can view a rustic railroad bridge, cable pool and rapids from the Narraguagus River Dam.

Once spelled “Millbridge,” it annexed land from Steuben in 1876 and 1907. The town lies at the mouth of the Narraguagus River where it empties into the Bay of the same name.
