Zeng Liansong (chino simplificado: 曾联松, chino tradicional: 曾聯松, pinyin: Zeng Liansong) (17 de diciembre de 1917 - 19 de diciembre de 1999) fue el diseñador de la bandera de la República Popular China.
Zeng Liansong ( simplified Chinese: 曾联松; traditional Chinese: 曾聯松; pinyin: Zēng Liánsōng; 17 December 1917 – 19 October 1999) was a Chinese supply chain manager and a secret agent of the Chinese Communist Party. He was the designer of the National Flag of the People's Republic of China.

The flag was designed by Zeng Liansong. The red represents the Chinese Communist Revolution. The five stars and their relationships to each other represent the unity of four social classes of Chinese people, symbolized by four smaller stars, under the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), symbolized by the large star.
