Margarita Isabel de Leiningen-Westerburg (30 de junio de 1604, Schadeck, hoy parte de Runkel - 13 de agosto de 1667, Castillo de Wiesenburg) fue una condesa de Leiningen y regente del Landgraviato de Hesse-Homburg durante la minoría de edad de sus hijos, a partir de 1638.
Margaret Elisabeth of Leiningen-Westerburg (30 June 1604 in Schadeck, today part of Runkel – 13 August 1667 at Wiesenburg Castle), was a Countess of Leiningen and regent of the Landgraviate of Hesse-Homburg during the minority of her sons from 1638.

Leiningen-Westerburg was formed in 1467, when the last Landgrave of Leiningen died childless and Leiningen passed to his sister Margaret, who was married to Reinhard III of Westerburg. Reinhard's grandson moved his capital to Leiningen in 1481 and began styling himself Reinhard I of Westerburg-Leiningen .
