One of the commonly used cliches to describe Grace Kelly is that she was "the quintessential icy, Hitchcock blonde," referring to the feminine model that Hitchcock forged in many of his films during the fifties and early sixties.
I will skip looking through the options and blurt out Grace Kelly. The only other standouts that come to mind are Kim Novak and Janet Leigh. Leigh is a close second, and I've never really been a fan of Novak. Kelly was a dream under Hitchcock's direction, just stunning.
